Nufast Limited Fastener manufacturing is built upon a detailed production process ensuring all products are finished to the highest standards possible. Fastener products include Nuts, Bolts and rivets etc size range from M5 – M33. We can accommodate head styles, dimensions, grades, finishes creating a bespoke fastener to individual requirements. Our partnerships with multiple vendors in the industry, enables us to accommodate special finishes, patches, adhesives and many other secondary processes. Our product portfolio includes many standard parts, supplied in accordance with BS/EN/DIN/ISO or recognised industry standards. Our particular expertise lies in the design and development of bespoke customer requirements.
Nufast Limited can provide particular expertise with engine, chassis and suspension parts and wheel bolts. We are able to satisfy nearly every combination of materials, styles, types and finishes to suit customer requirements. Our Fasteners are available in thread diameter M5 to M33 in coarse, fine or extra fine pitch and equivalent imperial thread sizes. Double ended studs are available as a forged product with a thread diameter of M6 to M14 (or imperial equivalent) in carbon steel, stainless steels and heat resisting steels and strength grade 4.6 to 12.9.

Nufast Limited fasteners are also available in brass wire to a range of international standards.
Nufast Limited are able to manufacture Copper fasteners to any customer requirements.
Principally, Nufast Limited uses Low Carbon Boron, Medium Carbon Boron and Alloy steels to meet the requirements of ISO898/1. Analysis of these steels is to fully developed Internal Specifications that fall within the requirements of BS EN 10263 Part 4. Other steel grades are available to customer specific requirements.
